Neal|The best point of entry for the interested layman is probably this book. However, the book does leave some things to be desired. It is a rewrite of an earlier book, and is in fact even a reprint of a Hendrickson title. Though the Baker copyright is 2006, the actual previous printing|About the Author|Frederick J.
